"An Evening in December" - Christmas Eve Program

We need helpers on Saturday December 24th for dessert prep, refreshments, traffic control, food runner, set up & clean up. 

  • Set Up & Decorating > 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM | 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (2 shifts available) 
  • Dessert Prep & Serving >6:00 PM - 7:45 PM and 9:15 PM - 10:30 PM 
  • Clean Up > 10:45 PM - 11:45 PM
  • Traffic Control > 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM
